TOKYO, Japan - A man stands in front of automated teller machines at a Mizuho Bank outlet in Tokyo on March 17, 2011. The bank's computer system malfunctioned the same day for the third straight day, halting transactions through automated teller machines at 440 branches nationwide and online.
