IAEA chief Amano arrives in Japan
NARITA, Japan - International Atomic Energy Agency chief Yukiya Amano speaks to reporters at Narita international airport in Chiba Prefecture upon his arrival on March 18, 2011, ahead of meetings with Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan and Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto over a crisis at a quake-hit nuclear power plant in Fukushima Prefecture. Amano said later in the day the U.N. nuclear watchdog would dispatch experts to measure radiation levels around the power plant.
