Upscale Tokyo hotel to turn into shelter

The former upscale hotel will begin accepting evacuees from Fukushima Prefecture, who have had to leave their homes due to radiation leaks from a nuclear power plant crippled by the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami, on April 9.
