N. Korea's 1st vice foreign minister at Beijing
BEIJING, China - North Korean First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan speaks to reporters in Beijing on April 11, 2011, after meeting with Wu Dawei, China's chief nuclear envoy and special representative for Korean Peninsula affairs. Kim showed the North's position that Pyongyang's uranium enrichment program can be discussed at the six-way talks, while the United States, South Korea and Japan have been calling for the issue to be taken to the U.N. Security Council.
