U.S. Secretary of State Clinton in Seoul
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean Foreign Minister Kim Sung Hwan (L) and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton shake hands in Seoul on April 16, 2011, before their meeting. The two are believed to have talked about the situation at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in Japan and the stalled six-party talks on denuclearizing North Korea. Clinton will leave for Japan after meeting with South Korean President Lee Myung Bak the following day.
