Red Sox pitcher Matsuzaka to undergo Tommy John surgery

BOSTON, United States - Boston Red Sox right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka takes part in a session of catch ahead of the team's game against the Oakland Athletics on June 3, 2011, in Fenway Park in Boston. The 30-year-old will undergo Tommy John ligament-transplant surgery on his right elbow.
