Filipinos celebrate national hero who briefly visited Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Staff of the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo gather in front of the bust of Jose Rizal, their country's national hero, in Tokyo's Hibiya Park on June 19, 2011, the 150th anniversary of his birth. Rizal traveled to Japan in 1888 during the course of his peaceful revolt against the Spanish rulers of the Philippines.
