Free toll roads for March disaster victims

SENDAI, Japan - A driver shows a certificate given to persons affected by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami at a toll booth of the Sendai-Nanbu road in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, on June 20, 2011.
