TAKAMATSU, Japan - Traditional Japanese fans known as ''uchiwa'' roll off the production line at a factory in Marugame, Kagawa Prefecture, on June 29, 2011. High demand for the manual fans in Japan has been spurred by power-saving efforts amid an energy shortage caused by the crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station.
