Industry minister Hachiro quits over gaffes
TOKYO, Japan - Japan's industry minister Yoshio Hachiro is pictured in a taxi in Tokyo on Sept. 10, 2011, shortly after submitting a letter of resignation to Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda.
