U.S. offers more help for Thailand flood relief
BANGKOK, Thailand - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (L) and Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra shake hands before holding talks in Bangkok on Nov. 16, 2011, the first day of Clinton's two-day visit to Thailand.
