One year since N. Korean attack on S. Korean island
SEOUL, South Korea - Workers construct a bomb shelter on South Korea's Yeonpeyong Island in the Yellow Sea near the disputed western sea border with North Korea on Nov. 22, 2011. Nov. 23 marks one year since the North fired artillery onto the island, killing two soldiers and two civilians.
