Radiation detector for blind
FUKUSHIMA, Japan - A man holds a radiation detector that reads out results in the city of Fukushima on Dec. 9, 2011. The device has been developed by an association representing visually impaired people in the prefecture in the wake of the nuclear crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant.
