YOKOHAMA, Japan - A data recorder is seen installed on a police motorcycle in Yokohama on Jan. 10, 2012. The Kanagawa prefectural police began making use of the device that day to record such video images as fleeing suspects or crime sites in traffic accidents and thefts, as well as time, speed and other data, to facilitate investigations.
