Narita airport marks 800 millionth traveler

NARITA, Japan - Fuminori Ogiso (C) and his wife Yuki from Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture, receive a commemorative gift from Narita International Airport Corp. President Kosaburo Morinaka (R) at the airport in Chiba Prefecture on Feb. 6, 2012. The couple, who were on their way to Germany for a sightseeing trip in Europe, took the total number of travelers to have used the airport since its opening on May 20, 1978, above the 800 million mark.
