Pirated Japanese DVDs sold in Taiwan
TAIPEI, Taiwan - Photo taken March 3, 2012, at the office of the National Police Administration's Intellectual Property Rights Division in New Taipei, Taiwan, shows pirated Japanese DVDs confiscated by the police. In the first joint effort between Japan and Taiwan to crack down on the pirating of intellectual property, Taiwanese police have seized nearly 10,000 pirated Japanese DVDs sold in the island's night markets, Taiwan's police said the same day.
