Matsui signs minor league deal with Rays

TAMPA, United States - Free agent Japanese outfielder Hideki Matsui arrives at Tampa international airport in Florida on April 30, 2012. The Tampa Bay Rays said the same day they have signed Matsui to a minor league contract.
