Japan, China agree to prevent maritime troubles

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Defense Minister Naoki Tanaka (L) and Chinese Ambassador to Japan Chen Yonghua hold talks at the ministry in Tokyo on May 17, 2012. They agreed on the need to establish a liaison network immediately to prevent maritime troubles between the two countries, particularly in the East China Sea, Japanese officials said.
