Ishikawa's paper-woven textile draws attention
KANAZAWA, Japan - Chiyoko Kamei (L) holds a textile product developed by her small company from Japanese paper, in Hakui, Ishikawa Prefecture, on June 8, 2012. Trademarked "Nekiro," the textile is drawing attention as a clothing material during the country's "Cool Biz" campaign to help save energy in the workplace, due partly to its anti-humidity.
