S. Korea rejects Japan's proposal on islets

SEOUL, South Korea - Cho Tai Young, a spokesman for South Korea's Foreign Ministry, speaks at the ministry in Seoul on Aug. 17, 2012 about Japan's proposal that the two countries jointly take their dispute over a pair of sparsely inhabited islands to the International Court of Justice.
