HAMAMATSU, Japan - Central Japan Railway Co. (JR Tokai) unveils to the media on Aug. 21, 2012, its new N700A shinkansen bullet train with enhanced braking systems and other features at its Hamamatsu factory in Shizuoka Prefecture ahead of its commercial operation debut in February 2013.
