Japan proposes to S. Korea taking isles dispute to ICJ
SEOUL, South Korea - Cho Tai Young, a spokesman for South Korea's Foreign Ministry, speaks at the ministry in Seoul on Aug. 21, 2012, about Japan's proposal for the two countries to jointly take their dispute over a pair of sparsely inhabited islands in the Sea of Japan to the International Court of Justice. South Korea rejected the Japanese proposal.
