Footage of H.K. activists landing on Senkakus made public
TOKYO, Japan - An official of the Japan Coast Guard speaks in Tokyo on Aug. 27, 2012, about video footage showing a group of activists from Hong Kong landing on one of the Japan-controlled Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea on Aug. 15. The 30-minute footage is part of a seven-hour video recording by an officer of the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters based in Okinawa Prefecture, according to the coast guard, which said it cut scenes that could affect their security activities.
