Japan, N. Korea in talks
TOKYO, Japan - Keiichi Ono, director of the Northeast Asia Division of Japan's Foreign Ministry, leaves Tokyo's Haneda airport for Beijing on Aug. 29, 2012. Ono is to represent Japan in intergovernmental talks with North Korea to be held in the Chinese capital for the first time in four years. The two countries are expected to mainly discuss the retrieval of the remains of Japanese nationals who died in the northern part of the Korean Peninsula during World War II.
