Fighters clinch pennant

SAPPORO, Japan - Photo taken at Sapporo Dome in Hokkaido on Oct. 2, 2012, shows the moment when the Nippon Ham Fighters clinched their pennant victory in Japanese professional baseball's Pacific League. The Fighters claimed their first title in three years without even having to suit up for a game, thanks to the Seibu Lions' 5-3 defeat to the Lotte Marines.
