Japan to help Jakarta infrastructure

Japan and Indonesia agreed on a wide-ranging plan to develop an urban railway, thermal power plants and other infrastructure in and around Jakarta by 2020 at a cost of roughly 3.4 trillion yen, in a bid to lure investment to the capital.
