Japan-N Korea talks
ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Shinsuke Sugiyama (L), director general of the Japanese Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, briefs reporters at the Japanese Embassy in Ulan Bator on Nov. 16, 2012, on the second day of talks between Japan and North Korea. The two countries agreed to continue consultations over the North's past abductions of Japanese nationals, Sugiyama said.
