Relatives of Japanese abductees express hopes for talks

Relatives of Japanese abductees expressed hope for the success of talks between the Japanese and North Korean governments, which were recently revived after a four-year lull, in the meeting with Sugiyama, the head of the Japanese delegation to the talks.
