SEOUL, South Korea - Independent presidential candidate Ahn Cheol Soo says in Seoul on Nov. 23, 2012, that he will pull out from the South Korean presidential election, leaving the contest essentially between ruling party hopeful Park Geun Hye and opposition contender Moon Jae In.
