Architect Niemeyer dies
TOKYO, Japan - A file photo shows Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer speaking during an interview at his atelier in Rio de Janeiro in 2002. Niemeyer died on Dec. 5, 2012, in hospital in Rio de Janeiro after suffering pneumonia and kidney problems, hospital officials said. He was 104.
