TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa answers reporters' questions after meeting with Liberal Democratic Party President Shinzo Abe, who is set to become Japan's next prime minister, at the party's headquarters in Tokyo on Dec. 18, 2012.
