U.S. spy drone Global Hawk
TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken in October 2010 shows the Global Hawk unmanned high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft of the U.S. military, at Edwards Air Force Base in California. The Japanese Defense Ministry is making arrangements to introduce U.S. spy drones to boost surveillance in the country's territorial waters near the Japanese-administered Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea, Japanese government officials said Dec. 31, 2012.
