Japanese food culture events in Paris
PARIS, France - An oyster farmer (R) explains an oyster recipe at the Japanese ambassador's official residence in Paris on Feb. 7, 2013. A slate of events to introduce Japanese food culture is being held for about two months through March in the French capital as part of efforts to have "washoku" Japanese cuisine listed on UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritages.
