Japan promotes yellowtail dishes in Israel

JERUSALEM, Israel - Seafood company Rumi Japan on Feb. 19, 2013, holds a yellowtail tasting event for Israeli food industry officials at the official residence of the Japanese ambassador to Israel, serving a variety of dishes using the fatty white-fleshed fish, known as "hamachi" in Japan. The company has started exporting frozen yellowtail to Israel.
