Japan chef wins bronze for Japan
NAGANO, Japan - Noriyuki Hamada holds the bronze statue he won in the Bocuse d'Or French cooking competition for chefs, which took place in Lyon, France, in late January, on Feb. 22, 2013 at the French restaurant Yukawatan at Hotel Bleston Court in the resort town of Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture. Hamada led Japan to its first medal in what is regarded as the world's top culinary competition.
