TOKYO, Japan - Lawyers who filed a lawsuit over the 2.34 times disparity in the weight of votes seen in the Tokyo No. 1 single-seat constituency in the House of Representatives election December 2012, stand in front of the Tokyo High Court on March 6, 2013, after it ruled the disparity was unconstitutional.
