TOKYO, Japan - Slovene President Borut Pahor (L) and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe shake hands at Abe's office in Tokyo on March 6, 2013. In their talks they agreed to strengthen ties between Japan and the European Union as Japan and the regional bloc seek the early conclusion of free trade and political agreements.
