Air pollution in Fukuoka

The average daily amount of a toxic air pollutant from China called PM2.5 was projected to reach 42 micrograms per cubic meter in Fukuoka the same day, topping the central government-set environmental standard of up to 35 micrograms, officials of the southwestern Japan city said.
