TOKYO, Japan - A seven-floor commercial facility called ''Kitte,'' which means postage stamp, in Tokyo is crowded with customers on March 21, 2013, its opening day. The facility is inside the 38-story JP Tower building near the Japan Railway group's Tokyo Station.
