M6.3 quake jolts western Japan
SUMOTO, Japan - A "torii" gate to a shrine in Sumoto, Hyogo Prefecture, is broken following a strong earthquake on April 13, 2013. The 5:33 a.m. quake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 struck western Japan, injuring at least 23 people in five prefectures.
