Ethiopian Airlines resumes Dreamliner flights

NAIROBI, Kenya - Senior officials of Ethiopian Airlines and Boeing Co. stand in front of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner at Nairobi's international airport on April 27, 2013, after the jet landed at the airport after flying from Addis Ababa. The African airline became the first to resume commercial flights of the Dreamliner after the jet was grounded worldwide for more than three months.
