OITA, Japan - Japan's biggest solar power plant built by JGC Corp. is completed in a seaside industrial area in Oita City, southwestern Japan, on May 14, 2013. The power plant's output capacity is 26,500 kilowatts -- the biggest in Japan, according to JGC.
