Japanese becomes oldest person to conquer Mt. Everest
TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows Yuichiro Miura, an 80-year-old Japanese climber. Miura became the oldest person in the world to reach the summit of Mt. Everest on May 23, 2013, surpassing the previous record set by a 76-year-old Nepali climber, his management office said.
