Mayor's meeting with former sex slaves canceled

They canceled a scheduled meeting with Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto on May 24, 2013, saying it is "worthless." Hashimoto has been under fire over his claim that sexual servitude was "necessary to maintain discipline" in the Japanese military.
