Mayor's meeting with former sex slaves canceled

OSAKA, Japan - Photo shows Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto. Two South Korean women who were forced to serve as wartime sex slaves canceled a scheduled meeting with Hashimoto on May 24, 2013, saying it is "worthless." Hashimoto has been under fire over his claim that sexual servitude was "necessary to maintain discipline" in the Japanese military.

N. Korea fires short-range ballistic missiles
