Lawyer-turned-principal now Osaka schools superintendent
OSAKA, Japan - Toru Nakahara, a former lawyer-turned-school principal, works as Osaka Prefecture's superintendent of education on April 9, 2013 at the prefectural government office in Osaka City. Nakahara, now 43, took up the post on April 1 at age 42, becoming Japan's youngest chief of a prefectural education board.
