STORYLINE:
Some Chinese hospitals are making use of domestically-developed surgical robots to help with orthopedic surgeries.
In Dalian, robots have been applied in such operations at the Second People's Hospital since 2020.
Doctors say that the robots have helped improve accuracy of the surgeries.

"With the assistance of surgical robots, we have conducted more than 50 spine surgeries, 40 knee surgeries and some 10 hip surgeries.
I firmly believe that through our joint efforts, surgical robots can be applied to more surgeries in the future and be of benefit to them."
