Heat wave hits Japan
OSAKA, Japan - Children touch an ice pillar at JR Shin-Osaka Station on Aug. 10, 2013. Severe heat wave conditions hit the Japanese archipelago the same day with temperatures topping 40 C for the first time in six years, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.
