Int'l Linear Collider site chosen
TOKYO, Japan - Researchers promoting a project to build a machine aimed at answering questions about the beginnings of the universe announce in Tokyo on Aug. 23, 2013, that they have chosen the Kitakami mountain area in northeastern Japan as a candidate site for the machine, named the International Linear Collider.
