S. Korean abductee now in 3rd country
SEOUL, South Korea - Choe Sung Ryong, head of the Abductees' Family Union, speaks at a hearing on the human rights situation in North Korea by the U.N. Human Rights Council in Seoul on Aug. 23, 2013, showing a photo of Jeon Uk Pyo, a South Korean fisherman abducted by North Korea while at sea in 1972. Choe said that Jeon fled the North earlier in August and is currently in a third country under the protection of the South Korean government.
